装いのバランスが取れているか否かの判断基準は“私の感性や価値観”ではなく、“メンズドレスファッションにおける歴史”が教えてくれます。

上述した装いの構成要素である「色」や「柄」、「素材」「組み合わせ」、「仕立て」には、“はじまり”があります。もっと言うと、それらが生まれるに至った背景や理由、状況が必ず存在するのです。
